11)C PROGRAM TO CHECK WHETHER THE YEAR IS LEAP YEAR OR NOT.
LOGIC:- After every 4 year the year is leap year. But there are 3 conditions occur.
(a) the year is divisible by 4 is leap year
(b)the year is also divisible by 100 then it is not leap year.
(c)the same year which is divisible by 4 and 100 also divisible by 400 then it is leap year
EXAMPLE:-
